Events That Inspire!

When we think about producing an event, we start from the very end and work backwards, imagining how attendees feel as they grab their goody bags and head home.

We want our guests to have a feeling of personal triumph. How did they just help to make the world a better place?

To do that effectively, the patrons must feel the impact of a nonprofit’s work, know the history, understand the need, and see for themselves the effect.

We spent countless hours thinking through every detail of the event branding, program, music, and decor for the William F. Ryan Community Health Network’s 50th Anniversary, to show the guests just what it meant to be a community health center first established in 1967.

Using Massimo Vignelli inspired graphics, iconic music from the ’60s, dramatic lighting, and stories, we wanted guests to understand and feel that “healthcare is a right, not a privilege.”

We knew we got it right by the engagement of our audience. But the real litmus test was our final challenge: getting the guests to leave!  Nobody wanted to go home. By the way, we also exceeded our fundraising goal.
