Boosting Fundraising
As an interim Director of Development, Claudia worked closely with ETM’s Executive Director and Board to turn around individual fundraising. She came in at a time when DEI and Federal arts funding were being eliminated. In just six months, with limited staff and resources, Claudia helped spearhead a successful Gala increasing individual and corporate revenue. She also launched a Legacy Donor Society, a volunteer Engagement Council, and initiated planned giving. Working closely with ETM’s Chief Operating Officer, many development systems were improved including creating a portfolio approach using Salesforce.
